Hi. My name is Terry Lardner. I'm a Front-End Web Developer currently living in London, England.
I enjoy building websites and aim, as much as possible, to strike that fragile balance between building responsive, meaningful, usable websites and writing performance-aware, maintainable, readable code.
That is to say, I care as much about the design aspects of a site (thematic consistency, clean and distinct visual styles, typography, etc.) as I do about the technical aspects of realizing it - site performance, code optimisation, browser compatibility, etc.

I also have my sights set on the full stack.

Work Experience
2008 - 2015 Mcentricksd S.A. - QA Analyst / Product Developer
Responsible for the design & implementation of targeted, logic-driven, promotional Campaigns of varying complexity and target volume. Target volume ranged from a few hundred to a tens of millions of users, depending on the requirements of the campaign.
Requirements gathering.
Functional / Regression / Integration testing.
Scheduling, documentation and execution of User Acceptance Tests, conducted directly with clients.
Client training on Administrative tools for other products and services delivered by mCentric. Employee training in tools used to implement and validate promotional campaigns.
Authoring User Manuals, Training Guides, etc.
Worked in a very small team, using an agile-like software development methodology.
